What you can expect from us, and what we ask of you — written plainly.
About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to all classes, memberships, courses, and one-to-one consultations offered by The Wellness Hub Dublin, operated by Kelley Connor (trading as The Wellness Hub), 123a Carndonagh Park, Donaghmede, Dublin 13, D13TX67, Ireland.
By booking a class or becoming a member, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us at kelley@thewellnesshub.ie before booking.
Bookings
How to book
All class bookings are made through our booking platform, LegitFit. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from LegitFit. Places are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation by you
We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before the class start time so that your place can be offered to another member. To cancel, log in to LegitFit or email us at kelley@thewellnesshub.ie.
- Cancellations made 12 or more hours before class: full credit or refund, depending on your membership type.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class: the session will be deducted from your membership or your drop-in fee will not be refunded.
- No-shows (no cancellation, no attendance) are treated the same as a late cancellation.
Cancellation by us
Occasionally we may need to cancel a class due to instructor illness, an emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible by email or phone. In such cases, you will receive a full credit for the cancelled session.
Membership and payments
Memberships are billed monthly in advance through LegitFit. Prices are as stated on our Classes page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing members.
Monthly memberships may be paused for medical reasons with appropriate documentation. Please contact us directly to arrange this.
To cancel a monthly membership, please give us at least 30 days' notice in writing to kelley@thewellnesshub.ie. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Health and safety
Your responsibility
Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. By attending our classes, you confirm that:
- You are in a suitable physical condition to participate.
- You have disclosed any relevant health conditions, injuries, recent surgery, or pregnancy to your instructor before the class begins.
- You will inform us of any changes to your health that may affect your ability to participate safely.
- You will follow all instructions given by our instructors and staff.
If you are unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you, please consult your GP before joining us. Our instructors are trained and experienced but are not medical professionals.
Our responsibility
We take the safety of our members seriously. Our studio is maintained to a high standard, our instructors are qualified and insured, and all equipment is regularly checked. We hold public liability insurance.
Medical emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency during a class, our instructors are trained in first aid. We will call the emergency services if required. By attending, you consent to emergency first aid being administered.
Late arrival
Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before your class. Late arrivals may not be admitted if the class has already begun, both for your safety and to avoid disruption to other members. Arriving late does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Studio etiquette
We ask all members to:
- Keep phones on silent during class.
- Bring clean footwear and appropriate clothing.
- Treat fellow members and instructors with respect at all times.
- Avoid wearing strong perfume or aftershave out of consideration for others.
- Let your instructor know if you need to leave early.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or membership to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, The Wellness Hub is not liable for:
- Any injury, illness, or loss suffered by a member during or after classes, where such injury results from the member's failure to disclose a relevant health condition or to follow instructor guidance.
- Loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Photography and social media
We do not photograph or film members during classes without their explicit consent. If we post any studio imagery to social media, we will not tag members or use identifiable images without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing members by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
