The Wellness Hub was born from one conviction — that women in their 50s, 60s, and beyond deserve a space built specifically for them. Evidence-based. Encouraging. And genuinely effective.

Everything we do is shaped by the real physiology of post-menopause: changing bone density, hormonal shifts, energy patterns, and the desire to feel like yourself again.

I started training with Kelley 12 years ago. Since then I’ve navigated menopause, asthma, and two badly injured ankles. Through all of it Kelley adjusted my training and gave me advice around food, sleep, everything. I’m 50 now and have never felt stronger, fitter or sounder.

I needed a hip replacement at 43. I kept training in the Hub up to a week before surgery — under Kelley’s guidance. Eight months post-surgery I’m back lifting heavy weights and managing box jumps. I genuinely believe had I not trained through it, I wouldn’t be where I am now.
