Kelley Connor is the owner of The Wellness Hub and founder of the Ladies Who Lift programme. With 18 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Kelley is deeply passionate about helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident at every stage of life.

After spending 10 years running a successful business alongside her husband and business partner, Kelley opened her own women-only wellness studio five years ago — creating a supportive space where women can train, learn, and thrive together.

As a qualified physical therapist and nutritionist, Kelley takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to health and fitness. Her small group PT sessions focus on hypertrophy-style training with a strong emphasis on technique and form, while her LWL programme is a strength-based training method inspired by her studies with Dr. Stacy Sims. She educates her clients on nutrition for energy, recovery, sleep, mental wellbeing, and long-term health — helping them cut through the misinformation and build sustainable habits that actually last.

As a qualified nutritionist, Kelley weaves food education into her coaching. Energy, recovery, sleep, mental wellbeing — all of it connected. No diet culture, no misinformation, just evidence-based guidance that fits real life.
